Doctrine

Doctrine

It is vital that Christians who are gathered together in churches be rooted and grounded in the historic Christian faith and sound doctrine. The church must believe what is true about God and act in accordance to it or such a church will be cut off from the blessings of God and rejected as a true church (Revelation 2-3).

Below you will find documents indicating that our church affirms and holds to the historic Christian faith (i.e., Baptist Confession, Cambridge Declaration, and Chicago Statement), which was once for all delivered to the saints (Jude 3). You will also find our Articles of Faith and What We Teach documents as well as some Distinctives (i.e., Baptism, Church Discipline) that set us apart from other churches.
